MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Overview
Pioneer recruits university graduates who exhibit the potential to be successful in a managerial
position.
This program is designed to ensure all trainees have a well-rounded background in the hybrid seeds industry by providing the necessary level of competences as well to perform the jobs required in our business needs.
This program conducts in 3 phases for approximately 9-12 months
- Phase 1 : Focusing to General Technical Knowledge and Business competencies related
training
- Phase 2 : Focusing to specific Technical skills and knowledge
- Phase 3 : On the Job Training
At the end of training period, the trainees are placed in a position either as Production Agronomist or District Agronomist Promotion after the training program are based on assignment performance.
General Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Agriculture (Agronomy or Seed)
- Fair to good level of English proficiency
- Well known of computer operations
- Have a leadership ability potency
- Good Communication skills
- Ability to motivate potency
- Willing to relocate
Location
The program will be held at our training center in Malang, East Java
